I was born in 1968 in Rome and I started with the music biz where I have been working as a sound engineer / producer for various recording studios. Later I joined the broadcasting industry as audio post manager for Orbit Satellite TV and later Dubai Media Incorporated. I have also been running my specialized training for tv producers company in Italy, and I had major broadcasters national and international as clients. I also gained experience in the movie industry having been working as soundtrack producer , visual effect supervisor and executive producer for various 35mm features. I am a regular columnist for various specialized technical magazines such as Digital Studio, Sound and Stage, Middle Eastern Broadcasting Journal and I am editor in chief of Connessioni , the leading Italian magazine for domotics and home automation. I have lectured on media and technology in many schools and universities in Europe and the Middle East. In 2008 I started a collaboration with the Jordan Media Institute with the scope of updating the technical skill sets of Jordanian journalists to modern standards, I have joined SAE in 2006 as Corporate Training and Marketing manager with the mission of providing the leading Arab broadcasters with updated training through new production technologies. In 2007 I Have been selected by Apple Inc. as Apple Distinguished Educator for the Middle East. For Apple I travel the middle east demoing their pro line apps and giving keynote speeches. I love technology and new media , I sleep with my macbook pro on my chest and if I could I would be online 24/7- My girlfriend has a different opinion on that.
