"Sean Ryan (born September 10, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter from McKinney, Texas performing under the alias, Apollo’s Child. He grew up surrounded by music, performing at an early age in a choir alongside his mother, rocking out alongside his father as old records by The Beatles played upon a Marantz. At the age of eight, Sean was handed his first acoustic guitar, and fell in love.

In late fall of 2007, Sean released his first multi-track album entitled, Masquerade of Aspersions. Merely a compilation of songs he put together amidst the arrival of his first mac, he allowed his friends and family to listen in for more laughs than anything, dubbing it an ‘EP’ until he felt ready throw together his first substantial album sometime in the soon (and later distant) future. It was officially released on October 28th, his younger brother’s birthday, and posted for download on his Myspace. He also went on to announce plans for the release of his upcoming full-length album on his Myspace, excited for the new sound and to showcase much of what he’s learned in the near two years since his last song releases.

Collaborations are also underway, teaming up with artists such as Nitrous Oxide, Amurai, Pole Folder in currently developing vocal tracks, said to be released by the early months of 2009 as he works from his ‘home studio’ amidst the rest of his bedroom. Broken Toy Airplanes and A Sunset Diary have also teamed up with Apollo’s Child to house his vocals within some of their own tracks, available on their respected Myspace pages . . ."
