I don't mind chatting to Americans but due to the time difference i can't stay up late on an evening, so beware i might get boring and sleepy when u all start to get lively at that time! :D

Mutliple Accounts

Be careful of users with multiple accounts (or multiple users) manipulating you, telling you things that are not true, usually to split you from friends you already have online, there are quite a few controlling users out there, maybe jealousy i dunno. Some times they will make an account to look like one of your online friends, with a slight spelling mistake, pretend to be them act like them, and then be mean to you, they of course can pretend to be you and be mean to your friends. There are genuine reasons for having multiple accounts, maybe to separate old friends from new randoms, since on stickam you cannot make your friends lists private!

Moderators can control/ruin your online life!

Don't make people Moderators unless you know them really well, like you have seen them on webcam, and you have confirmed they are who they are by asking them to do unique things, hold up their hands, fingers, write on paper etc. You will need to do this a couple of times on different days preferably different times of the day. As its VERY easy to show someone elses cam, and ask that other person to hold up their hands or write on paper etc. Lots of people set up multiple accounts for this purposes, one as male, one as female, they use the female one to talk to other guys to get them on cam and to do what they need in order to make other fake identities look real

Skype/MSN/Facebook/Phone Numbers etc

Don't give Facebook to random users online unless you have locked it down, skype is the bestr as they take hardly any info but all forms of communication are available to you. I usually work in this order...
starting with random users>Skype>Live/MSN>YouTube>Phone>Bebo>>Myspace>Facebook>Twitter>Home Address>Work Details - I would sooner give out my Phone numbers and Home Address than my Facebook! some people actually have their home address and even more details on their facebook! It only takes one genuine sounding person to have a bad day, to decide they need to vent their anger by being mean to someone else, so they will pick someone less valued to them, and if they have access to your friends list or posting on your wall, the damage is a painful and sometimes impossible to undo, i'd sooner they steal cash from me!
