Ah...doing good except for my left wrist I dislocated and fractured like 4 weeks ago river rafting in Kern Valley...I went with about 15 heads...4 seperate rafts and fell from a waterfall that was 10 feet...fell on a boulder and yeah dislocated it...everyone else had cuts and bruises really bad...but besides that I take my cast off in 3 weeks or so.
