A SMILE ON MY FACE AND MY HEAD HELD HIGH. I WALK THESE STREETZ TO HIDE MY SILENT CRY. IVE BEEN HURT AND DONE WRONG THE BETTER HALF OF LIFE THAT IVE DONE WRONG. THE WOUNDZ THAT HURT HAS CAUSED CUTZ DEEPER THEN A KNIFE. A BROKEN AND TORN PUZZLE IS WHAT I SEE AND THROUGH THIZ MIRRIOR A PUZZLE THAT BEFORE THIS PAIN WAS A PICTURE CRYSTAL CLEAR. I CANT SAY IM GLAD TO GO THROUGH SUCH PAIN. BUT ONCE ON THE OTHER SIDE STRENGTH IS WHAT I GAIN. SO WHEN THINGZ GO WRONG AND THEY SOMETIMEZ WILL. ILL KEEP ON PUSHING THREW ITZ ALL UP HILL. WHEN THE FUNDZ ARE LOW AND THE DEBTZ ARE HIGH WHEN I PUT ON A SMILE BUT WANT TO CRY. SUCCESS IS FAILURE TURNED INSIDE OUT THE SILVER TINT ON THE CLOUDZ OF DOUBT. ILL STICK TO THE FIGHT WITH MY HARDEST HIT ITZ WHEN THINGZ SEEM WORSE THAT I MUST NOT QUIT. ALONE! Alone is a word that represents many things Alone is when we stand like kings. Alone can take shape in many different places soldiors at battle or men in their cages. Alone is a feeling we've all felt Alone in a cell and no one to help. Alone is steel welded to concrete cuffs on our hands and shackels on our feet. Alone with our pictures we sit and stare Alone is our family some where out there. So i say this to my babyboo and someday my wife to be. We will no longer be Alone someday when i am free. TIME! As i lay here in bed i toss and turn here in jail with another lession learned. Late at night the lights are dim but at 6am the day will begin. The day will begin and my fears will come true it was all just a dream. Im here without you. One day ill be free thats without a doubt. But freedoms hard to see though a window that you cant see out. So for now my fate is held inside these walls only looking forward to our visits and phone calls. But someday soon everything will be fine someday soon when im done doin TIME. Now its eleven and the lights go out another day gone one less to count. Now im back to dreams as the day comes to an end but at 6am the day will start and ill be without you once again.
