My Internet connection dropped unexpectedly today while I was webcasting my workout. We had great participation today, so I was doubly upset about the lost connection. This has happened before and will probably happen again - the problem seems to correct itself after a few hours. The problem is nothing personal or intentional. I love you all, some more than others. Thanks for making my workouts enjoyable. I probably wouldn't do this if it weren't for you.
