okay well first i went to my paint thing on my start menu , and make the white space as big as i want my banner to be , and then used the fill bucket to fill in the color for it (i used pink) and then i saved it into my computer . then i went to www.picnik.com and uploaded the pink rectangle , and just edited it a whole bunch with font and stuff .
