Something You Should Know About Me
Beth attended Mars Hill College and graduated with two degrees; A BS in Business Administration and a BA in Psychology with a Spanish Minor.
She was able to accomplish all of this in an amazingly short 3 years and leave Mars Hill as a Magna Cum Laude Graduate.
Beth began her career in real estate in 1997 as an administrative assistant to a top producing agent at a traditional company.
A year and a half later she branched out on her own and became a solo producing agent. “ I was always drawn to the use of technology tools in my sales business”, she says.
In late 2001, Beth was introduced to the Keller Williams concept and was part of the core group in the very first KW office in Middle Tennessee, in the Brentwood area.
After a successful launch in Brentwood, Beth turned her attention to opening the KW office in neighboring Franklin TN and became one of the owner/investor partners. Two years later, she moved into the role of Career Development Director for this highly successful office. “I came to the place in my life that I realized that it would be more satisfying to me to help others build their careers than to sell real estate.” As part of the management team, her role was to coach agents in their businesses and the office productivity began to rise. As a trainer, she assisted countless agents in the writing of an effective business plan for their real estate practices and taught a myriad of courses. She is an approved instructor for the TN Association of Realtors®.
In addition, she began to develop systems to help the office function at a very high level, utilizing a database management program to recruit talented agents into her office and to help the administrative duties run smoothly. When MAPS, the coaching division of Keller Williams Realty International, launched its Recruiting Technology coaching program, it was only natural for Beth to be part of it.
A certified Keller Williams ProManage trainer, Beth teaches agents how to use the Top Producer database program to manage their existing database, develop marketing programs for their past clients and sphere of influence, and manage the day to day activities of a busy real estate practice.
As a technology coach for MAPS, her passion is coaching Keller Williams Team Leaders to maximum proficiency in the running of their Market Centers utilizing Top Producer as an effective recruiting tool and office management system.
Beth has been happily married to Marc since 1988. She enjoys travel, photography, and hanging out with her children, Amber, Marc Jr. and Mitchell. She is also know as “Mimi” to her grandchildren, Jackson and McKenna.
