Sean Savvy is a fake. Ask him to write your name on his hand or touch his nose. Don't ask for a heart or a wave because he has a video of it. He can't do it because it's not him on cam. He's trying to get you naked and then record and blackmail you with it. If you stay in his room for more than an hour, look at how he does the same things over and over again, like brushing his hair. Or wears the same shirts. And yes his only nude video is him with this dumb shirt. Remember it when he starts to get naked.
