This bookstore is more than just a place to buy books & DVD's, or to learn new things. We try to offer more than just information to people. In an age of increasing government surveillance and intimidation, we want the bookstore to become a safe place where people can be comfortable speaking their minds, exchanging ideas, and forming alliances so that We the People may become more aware of how vast we have grown and how far we have come. And what might happen if our countrymen and women choose to remain ignorant. We offer many solutions to ignorance.
Come join us, we're deep behind the enemy lines. Check our calendar for items of interest. ...and if you are in Austin, Texas drop in and see us. You can find us right below 1904 Guadalupe Street, just across from The University of Texas at Austin.
You can visit us at www.bravenewbookstore.com

I am watching the Jan. 19 Monday evening session on GUNS. However, after 45 minutes, very little has been said about the topic. The biggest negative watching from the internet is that the speakers in the audience are not audible, so it is sort of like listening to a conversation but only hearing one half of it. I don't know if anything can be done about that. I haven't learned or gotten much out of the session so far. I don't want you to think I don't salute you for providing this opportunity on the internet, but if you want to increase the listenership from outside the bookstore, something may need to change. I am able to actually do other things online while waiting for the "juicy" part of the information. Hope it comes soon and thanks for offering this class.
