I'm a guy. If I'm on, I am bored. I like music? Probably anything but country and current rap (most of it anyway). More than half the stuff out there is just washed up garbage. Very little of it is made just for the sake of making music. And if they ever turned off the voice editing and other necessary computer effects, even you wouldn't like the music. I'm not saying everyone has to be independent of a label, and no I don't really care much for punk either, but I'm just saying you can tell when an artist has control over their music.
Speaking of complaints about the music industry.... John Mayer won a fucking Grammy for that HORRIBLE song "Say". Every refrain he says "Say what you need to say" 8 fucking times, and the verses are only 4 half-sentences long.... that brings it to 36 fucking times he says that stupid ass line. If you like the song, fine, but in no corner of the world does it deserve any special recognition or award. I work in a restaurant so I get to hear it here and there and it's just soul-suckingly stupid, it drives me mad that it's popular. It just goes to show that those award shows don't mean a damn thing other than popularity, which isn't exactly breaking news, but whatever...

I don't know, I just got into reading. That classical literature I obviously just read in school, the rest are the only things I've read as leisure. H. R. Giger, Beksinski, Yoshitaka Amano, M. C. Escher, and some of Salvador Dali. I just like sound and visual art in general. I find it really stimulating, though I don't produce anything myself, I just enjoy appreciating shit. I also like some poetry but there isn't that much good stuff out there. Though I guess songs with well-written lyrics could be considered poetry. oh... I also love girls who see through the bullshit that is Twilight
I Hate:
people who don't at least try a little to recycle. and I could probably also do without arrogance, though I'm guilty of it from time to time. I also hate stepping in gum more than anything, (poop too). I also hate parents who don't discipline their kids. I work in a restaurant so I get to see quite a few of those people. YOUR FIVE YEAR OLD DOES NOT NEED A DS JUST TO SHUT THE FUCK UP, TAKE HIM BACK TO THE CAR AND GET HIM/HER TO BEHAVE FOR A HALF HOUR.
