First offense = Verbal Warning
Second offense = Kick
Third offense = 3 day ban
Fourth offense = Permaban
EXTREME OFFENSE = INSTABAN
To qualify for Mod privileges members must have been in chat and on cam at least one week. After that Mods will maintain their privileges unless I disapprove of their actions.
Users must respect all Mods and other users. If you feel like a Mod is treating you unfairly message me personally here or through one of the other listed contact methods.
- ANYONE - in the room caught starting, instigating or participating in a fight / heated argument will be immediately penalized. If someone is trying to drag you into a fight the best course of action is to not respond whatsoever because ANY / ALL participants of said arguments WILL be penalized! FINAL DECISION ON AFOREMENTIONED PENALTIES IS LEFT TO MYSELF AND ONLY MYSELF. In the event I am not present to witness these restricted actions or if they take place in private message I kindly ask that any witness, be they a user, Mod, or FORUM ADMIN, take a screen capture of the offense and either post it somewhere and send me a link OR, eMail it to me at chunktv@myspace.com
- ANYONE - with Mod privileges in the room may kick users that spam, act disrespectful, or otherwise negatively disrupt the room. HOWEVER YOU MUST ADHERE TO THESE RULES IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PRIVILEGES: If I am NOT HERE only FORUM ADMINS may use KICK capabilities. If I AM HERE EVERYONE with aforementioned privileges MUST ASK ME before carrying out a KICK.
Users, and other MODS especially, must TRY to remember to have MODS UNMUTED AT ALL TIMES.

ALL USERS MUST OBEY MODS. MODS SHALL NOT ABUSE THEIR PRIVILEGES BUT THEY MAY USE THEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ROOM.

If you know you already have a preexisting disagreement with someone that would cause problems within the room, THEN DO NOT TALK TO THEM, OR ABOUT THEM.
THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY REASONS TO LIST HERE WHY THESE RULES ARE SO IMPORTANT, SO KEEP UPDATED WITH THE FORUMS TO KEEP UPDATED WITH THE RULES!
- VOICE CHAT PRIVILEGES - Are approved for Mods WITH a headphone and/or headset system ONLY. If there is audio fold over I may have to mute.
- MOD VOTES - If the DJ is here, LIVE and there is a song playing that Mods would like to skip they may ask the DJ to initiate a MOD VOTE! Mod Votes will appear in chat as such: (MOD VOTE! : Change the song? 1-yes, 2-no). In the event of a deadlock the decision will be left up to a FORUM ADMIN Vote, if no FORUM ADMINS are present it will be left up to the DJ's decision. Mods will have 15 seconds to vote, or until all Mods have cast their vote whichever comes first, if no votes are cast the song will remain playing.
- DJ MOD VOTES - Mod Votes may also sometimes be initiated by the DJ's choice as well. If the DJ initiates a Mod Vote, Mods have 15 seconds to vote (with an additional 15 second grace period for lag). With a DJ Mod Vote the DJ's act of entering the vote, will be considered as a vote. If no votes are cast the song will automatically be changed to the DJ's pick. In the event of a deadlock the DJ's vote will not count. DJ Mod Votes will appear in chat as such: (DJ MOD VOTE! : Change the song? 1-yes, 2-no)
