and sure, i'll offer my two cents whenever it's asked (and oftentimes when it's not), but i must say i tend toward nonfiction. i suppose i'm somewhat well read either way, but my opinion on Danielewski is probably half as valuable as my interpretation of the String theory. (that's not to say one is superior to the other, just that i am well versed in the latter.)
forget that they couldn't ever be quite as endearing, good luck finding one with the drive to write in the first place. but i do love the guy and his entitled, misogynistic ass. the best kind of ignorance is the kind that acknowledges it, doesn't quite understand it but gets away with it. i've never read anything i could despise and adore at the same time until i read bukowski. good man (not really, but you know.)
