I drop beats for one reason and one reason only. Its not to become a world famous dj or play at local dives for ignorant club goers that are too stupid to know the difference between a phat break and some overplayed regurgitated house track.
I play because I love the music.
Here is a list of FAQ's that i get in my inbox. From now on, if I receive a question that is listed here I am not going to reply, and if I'm in a pissy mood, I might even block you.
Why cant i stream my camera?
I turn guest video feed off because neither myself nor my audience needs to know what you look like. This is my show, not yours. Its about me, not you.
Why can't i chat?
I turn the chat and pm's off for the following reasons:
Do you play out?/ Have a residency?/etc...
No, I don't play at clubs and i don't want to. I'll play the occasional outdoor party because it's an entirely different atmosphere from the night club scene.
Do you have a mix that i can download?
Yes I have a few mixes, but they are for my own listening pleasure. Why? Because I'm sick and tired of listening to crappy compilations from djs that wouldn't know good track selection if they crapped it out their ass. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. So i did. And no, you can't download them from anywhere.
One comment that really pisses me off is "I love your music!"
The songs that i play are not "my music," I didn't write it. I didn't sign it to a label. I have nothing to do with it other than paying a ridiculous amount of money for a copy of it that will eventually become worn out and useless to me.
