Im not like most teenage guys. At the age of 16 I have faced more pain and emotional setbacks in the course of a year than most people do in a life time. Through the summer of 2009 Ive seen hell more than once and lived to tell about it. I dont place myself above or below others. I dont expect people to pity me for the horrible things Ive experienced but expect to be respected in such ways of living through itIf you dont know me personally its hard to sum me up in a few short paragraphs but instead to actually spend time to relive my life story and make your own judgment about who exactly I am. It seems I dont live life for me but I live life for my friends and family. Every day I wake up remembering how loved I am from my friends and family around with me. Without them I honestly could say I wouldnt be alive today. You know who you are. They keep me sane in this insane world I call my home. They keep me from straying too far into the path of darkness and always somehow pull me back onto the right path. It may sound corny at an outside standpoint but every second that passes me by makes me think how lucky I am to be alive. The scars that run up and down my body may scar me as an individual but they dont make me. They give me a constant reminder of the struggles I endured and the people around me who helped me push on through them.[[Becca. This is a special thanks to you.
