DC BANDAID is an Independent promoter of bands and entertainment venues in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. It is an outgrowth of one college students' love for and passion to promote new and emerging local musical talent. Penelope Talleur is the founder and director of DCBANDAID. With more than two years of experience and extensive contacts with local businesses and music groups, Penelope acts as an agent bringing clubs and other entertainment venues together with new talent. She also provides Graphic Art Design, marketing, videocasts, podcasts, and other forms of support as a value proposition for both emerging musicians and businesses wishing to improve their stature as an entertainment venue in the DC Metro area.
