OK. I went a week without booze so I went and bought four cans of Carlsberg to celebrate. Sounds odd but I figured I deserved it. I'm not planning to be teetotal just to be in control of it and I think I proved that I can :)

Bit of a scare (23/10/2006)
Some people will know I took ill Sunday morning (my time). Just to let everyone know I am OK. I had heart palpitations racing at about 200+ per minute which lasted 10 minutes in all. I called the ambulance and went to hospital for a check. Everything was OK and I was back home within 2 hours. I may cut my time on here though!. Thanks to everyone for their concern :) You are all awesome people :)
