I did a recipe on my facebook page did you see it. Just in case if you did not see it here it is.
Baked Beef Stew on a cold day
1 can diced tomatoes undrain
1 cup water
3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
2 teaspoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-1/2 lean beef stew meat, cut into cubes
4 carrots cute into 1 inch chunks
4 potaoes cut into quarters
2 starks celery cut into chunks
1-1/2 onion cut into chunks
In bowl combine tomatoes, water , topioca , sugar ,salt , and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients mix well pour into a greased baking dish. Cover and set temperture 375 and let cook 1-1/2 to 2 hour or until meat and vegetables are tender.
