i like... adventures, the type of adventures where you recite before a close group of friends having their eyes grip on every word uttered, where when you pause to catch your breath and peel your dehydrated tongue off the roof of your mouth, all they can do is gasp at your impeccable timing. there is a bit of megalomania in this, but it's in reliving it bit by bit with those that missed out on it.

listening to music at such high decibels with such a strong bass-line that you can't help but have your body pulsate to every beat, hearing a trumpet bawl/pour out its very livelihood to you that it seems like you're engaged in a deep heart to heart with an old friend, having an acoustic guitar sing evocatively without words but with a reiterative melody- if you don't know what i'm talking about check out nancy wilson's "elevator beat", having a piano slowly walk into a room full of strangers with his tie undone and top button loose drinking hard liquor so as to remind himself of its sting...

i love books. i read as much as i can. me= nerd
i had two best friends growing up- h.g. wells and robert louis stevenson. of course, we don't keep in touch anymore, and while their circumstances may not have changed much, i have. i've befriended more eclectic and eccentric characters.
