Buot nakong ipahibalo ninyo nga ang Cebu City Task Force on Street Children (CCTFSC) nga gipangulohan ni Mrs. Margot Osmeña naningkamot gyud pag maayo og matudloan ang tanang barangay sa Cebu City, kapolisan og mga service providers unsaon pagpatuman ang RA 7610. Kini nahimo pinaagi sa tabang pinansiyal sa UNICEF. Niadto pang tuig 2000 ang CCTFSC nagsugod na'g advocate sa mga barangays nga mo-implement og Community Diversion Program. Ang FREELAVA, Inc., usa ka miyembro sa CCTFSC nag pilot og 12 ka barangays dinhi sa Subo aron i-implement ang program og basi sa among kasinatian, nakatabang kini sa mga kabataan aron matul-id ang ilang hiwi nga dalan. In fact, daghan na kami'g mga maayong resulta. Sa pagkakaron sa among analisar, hapit katunga sa 80 barangays dinhi sa Cebu City, duna nay kapasidad og nag-implement na sa community-based diversion program. Ang problema na lang gyud mao ang pagprioritize og pagbubo sa mga barangay officials og igong pundo para sa ilang Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC). Pinaagi sa BCPC, dinhi gyud mahisgotan ang tanang isyu og problema nga giatubang sa mga kabataan sa barangay apil na ang pag plano og tukmang intervention program para sa mga batang nahisupak sa balaod.
