In August 2007 Eric Dumas was thinking of creating a website that is devoted to the horror genre. In addition to the regular website www.fearthedead.com he created a MySpace version of the site at www.myspace.com/ericdumas . The site took off and had a great response from everyone!! This was great and what I wanted. I met a few horror punk bands and got this idea in my head to create a record label devoted to Horror Punk & Horror Rock! “Fear The Dead Records” was born into this world! Launched 10-31-07!
Fear The Dead Records : was born out of Massachusetts on Oct 31, 2007 when they released their first horror punk comp #1. 22 Bands on it and selling quickly Fear The Dead has taken off. Still was unsure of what Fear The Dead wanted to accomplish but we now know what we are here for.

Now we try to go even further and broadcast a live horror radio station stream directly from my computer and server 24 hours a day, 365 days a year...we can be heard! Live talk shows are coming soon and will be announced shortly. The Dead Has Riden, and we are hungry for your brains!
Any bands wishing to have their music played and reviewed email us! Some bands may be interviewed live on the air, if we decide to pick your band!
