About Gary Williams Gary has had a varied and interesting past, having worked in the media as a broadcaster for ten years and now a EFT Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. Since the age of around 10 Gary has taken an interest in oriental concepts. Starting out and being trained in the art of Kung Fu in the 70s and later Tai Chi something he still practices with a Chinese Master today. All of these processes helped Gary discover other ways of thinking and living and moved him into the area of healing. Learning Kinesiology, Reiki, Stress Management, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Hypnotherapy, Be set Free Fast, Emotrance and more. Gary currently devotes his time between devloping the new Fast Track Tapping process and working with the new EFT World Magazine.
