I mainly like jazz (Chris Botti is pretty good). I also like some j-pop/rock (Japanese pop/rock, like Gackt, Miyavi, Moi dix Mois, D'espairsRay, Dir en grey, Girugamesh, GazettE, and Malice Mizer for instance), some ambient music and techno too. Included in my list of things to listen to are Anime OST's and Video Game music(OC ReMix is good). I don't think I have one set preference for music.
I had a friend in high school who made me watch the Sixth Day/Seventh Night tour of Gackt's and then I just got into the whole scene that way. His newer stuff is kinda disappointing in my opinion, I listen to more indie bands now.
