Group Description: Welcome to the Otaku Philly Group. We're all about having fun together and sharing our love of anime, manga, gaming and cosplay. To keep things orderly, the Otaku Philly Group has established a set of Rules and Guidelines. All members are expected to adhere to these guidelines, whether online in the group chatroom, or at a group event or gathering, regardless of location.
