Well it's kind of obvious that there are creeps out there for one. What isn't obvious is that it doesn't matter what the circumstances are; if I'm broadcasting, some bozo is probably there with an RTMP catcher downloading the stream and saving it to their hard drive.
As for contact information, that's something that has to be done on a case by case basis.
Any blacklist can easily become outdated, and no blacklist is perfect; some people just want to say hi, and are bad at it (like me...).
On another note, how did you run out of money to pay the phone bill? Are there going to be lulz with that?
