okay, in edit media, go to the music section, and in your 'my music' folder just pick and choose.
and if your 'my music' folder is empty, click and drag from your itunes to that folder.

and next to the big Message box, on the left, is a yellow box link that says Stickam Editor or something.
Just click on there and it'll help you (:
