Hobbies:
Cooking.... it's a way to show someone that you care. Painting, gardening, electronics, reading.... tons of reading... people watching, anthropology, psychology, (and not in the manipulative sense), socio-biology, generally pondering.... (philosophy) and photography

Clockwork Orange, 2001, A Space Oddesy, Blade Runner, Das Boot, almost all European directors... My Neighbor Totoro... Stealing Beauty, Nightmare Before Christmas, Donnie Darko, and you have to love Skrat....
Favorite TV Shows:
I really don't watch tv.... Give me DVD's from the BBC or PBS ...that's about it.
Favorite Music:
Everything from Eric Burdon and the Animals to The Cranberries... from Thievery Corp. and Fila Brazila to Dimitr,i Of Paris... Stéphane Pompougnac (Hôtel Costes) , Daft Punk to Black Virgin... so everything but I shy away from too many "oldies" it's best to "mix and mash" Love International Music... Fado

deep intense, intelligent conversations.... not just "chat"...
I Hate:
It's better not to hate.... it's a waste of time and energy. How about referring to things as "less than charming"?
