Director of Strategic Partnerships

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute significant licensing opportunities, joint ventures, joint development agreements and partnerships to further enhance the company's innovativeness across all lines of business.
    • Identify potential partner companies whose technical or other resources will increase consumer engagement of our platform.
    • Expand new enterprise products through channel and direct corporate partners. 
    • Grow relationships with existing clients to increase revenue.
  • Initiate and conduct business development discussions.  Generate sales leads, pitch new business, and close new accounts.  Work closely with the legal team on the successful negotiation and execution of transactions.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop new strategies, products, and services.
  • Help prepare compelling proposals and sales and marketing materials.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments.
  • Project-manage new product and partnership launches, working cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Analyze monthly revenue initiatives and manage performance.
  • Prepare and present to senior management and peers on all strategic matters pertaining to business development opportunities and challenges.
  • Challenge assumptions with fact-based analysis and customer insights.

Qualifications Requirements:
Experienced deal maker with a strong track record of successfully evaluating and negotiating joint ventures/partnerships.  This experience will include a minimum of 4-7 years of sales and business development experience and a track record of success within the business development organization of an internet company, new media company, or Fortune 500 company known for their innovation.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills a must.

Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree and an MBA from a top-tier university.

Digital Ad Sales Manager – Online Advertising

Job Responsibilities:
The Ad Manager is responsible for advertising sales (including banner ads, video spots, etc) to businesses worldwide.  This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships directly with brand marketing decision makers and influencers responsible for interactive marketing budgets, including large-brand advertisers as well as ad networks.
The Ad Manager’s role will be to Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales while at the same time managing advertising operations such as inventory management and advertising metrics and operations.  As a key member of the sales and account management team you will also be responsible for educating direct advertisers about all aspects of our next generation platform and how they can be leveraged to solve their goals and objectives.
You will also play a key role in opening new channels of business for Stickam, driving revenue and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs.  Ideal candidates will have in-depth understanding of current and emerging media.

The Ad Manager:
  • Develops and maintains strong media relationships to effectively reach company growth and acquisition cost goals
  • Commands data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs. 
  • Effectively creates and delivers client presentations.
  • Assists in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
  • Monitors online marketing campaigns, recommending solutions and analyzing results.
  • Profiles and identifies new potential marketing partners.
  • Prospects and negotiates media buying agreements with existing and new media providers.
  • Meets and exceeds monthly revenue goals.

Required skills:

  • 2+ years direct experience in one or more of the following:
    • online ad sales, online marketing or online media buying
    • online advertising management (ad serving) systems
    • interactive sales or interactive agency media related work experience. 
    • search engine marketing or internet advertising metrics
  • Specific experience in social media or live streaming is a plus.
  • Demonstrable track record in developing relationships with brand marketers at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Must be equally comfortable with client visits and web analytics.
  • Top notch sales and marketing instincts.
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment
  • Strong relationship building, negotiating and customer services skills
  • Great presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Educational background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.

Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to design concepts for new Stickam products including webpages, mobile, and flash apps.
  • Create promotional material and brand identity for the Stickam.com website and its featured events/users.
  • Create promotional material and infographics for Stickam presentations and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Proficent in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / javascript and web standards
  • Proficient in designing for flash, and experience with designing assets for flash
  • A strong eye for usability, typography, layout, and relevant cultural and creative trends.
  • Strong ability to estimate and manage time efficiently.
