My name's Kirsty. I live in a small town, but I love the big city. I want to go to NYU with my best friend Katie. Generally speaking, I can't stand girls. I try to get along with everyone though, regardless. I am a very straight forward and open person. I hate liars, and I don't lie. I don't understand why you would intentionally hurt someone like that, because that's all lying does, is hurt people. Why would you not tell the truth now, rather than have it come out later and be a whole lot worse? I would rather have a hurtful truth than a pretty lie. I'm a big girl, I can take it. I've been through a lot, but I hate recieving sympathy because I know there are a lot of other people out there who have it a whole lot worse off than I do. I don't think saying "I'm sorry" really helps anything. If you genuinely care then I think you can muster up some sort of other words. There are occasions where "I'm sorry" is all you can say, but even then it's easy to tell who actually means it and who doesn't. I love meeting new people and will usually try anything once. I have a set of standards and morals I go by, and they are mine alone. I say I hate a lot of things, and I do, but I love a lot of things too. I just don't see the reason to point them out when, if you watched and listened to me, the things I love would be obvious. I hate people who think that their opinion is fact, because it's not, it's merely that, an opinion. I follow no certain religion, but I have beliefs. I'm a fun person to be around, and am told I am funny and that my laugh is contagious. I'm energetic and spontaneous, and love a good time.
