Imagine the fabulous you and live THAT dream. Do you appreciate yourself? Do you approve of yourself? Do you know the difference between the two? When you appreciate yourself, you consistently do that even if you demonstrate inability in some skill areas. Too many people confuse the definition of their personal worth, which is consistently priceless, with the USE VALUE of an action done. When they confuse the definition of the two "worth" values, they stop appreciating and approving of themselves and LIMIT their self-acceptance attitudes. This results in an unloving, unkind self-image. I believe when you create un unkind self-image you've created a mental poverty. If you THINK you are unappreciated and unapproved of by yourself, you typically apply that attitude externally with people also. Please, please, please! Stop conditioning yourself to live in poverty.
