| Acting & Modeling with inStream Studio is a creative collaboration between both the actor/model and the studio, where both parties each contribute something valuable and work together toward a common goal of generating sales leads and brand purchases. During a short development process, the actors/models are compensated on a commission basis and contribute only time; whereas the studio is also compensated on a commission basis and contributes both time and money. Following the development process, actors/models may choose to accept only campaigns offering hourly rates or may choose to accept both hourly campaigns and commission based campaigns; whereas the studio continues to invest time/money, but still gets paid by commission only. Actors/models spend most their time recording promotional videos, hosting promotional video conferences, developing scripts, and taking photos, as well as hosting exclusive events/parties and promoting brands developed by the studio. With support from the studio, each actor/model develops roles and personas that both suit the actor’s/model’s personality and attract the desired demographic. Actors and models earn money by participating in the brand creation/development process and by appearing in live and pre-recorded promotional video/audio broadcasts over the internet, as well as participating in the design, promotion, & hosting of upscale promotional events for the studio and its clients.
