Something You Should Know About Me
I kept an orange-winged butterfly in a jar (with a stick and some grass, mind you) beside my bed for three days.
I felt miserable about restraining something that was meant to be free.
But I didn’t let it go.
It died on the fourth night, its wings chipped and six fragile arms still clinging to the twig. ^^
