our lives are never what they seem, and everything comes in waves of blurry hellos and goodbyes. hello to the people who you enjoy and goodbye to the people who no longer make you who you are. i don't believe that people ever really know who they are, life is constantly changing and nothing ever stays the same, therefore, no one can possibly ever find a true self. there is love and hate, lust and fear, dark, light, black, white, and grey. honestly, i don't understand why people are so obsessed with finding others' true colors. no one is pure. we all lie, we all cheat, we all covet, and we all hate. we are all fake.
