A lot of people say I am way mature for my age. It's true...sometimes...other times, I'm just as mature as a 3 year old. I like to think. Thinking have brought me to wonder about life, its meaning(s), and beyond. I've even come to several different theories of life and what is around me. My name is Emily. I've got tons of nicknames/shorts: Kewl-aide, Em, Emmy, Vertigo, the brain, the shit, the shitty brain, Tang, etc. I don't care which one you settle on (within reasons of course), really, hell you can even call my Chinese name if you really want to- 唐汶慧. Born and lived in Taiwan for 11 some years then moved to the United States. Proud class of '08 from Los Altos High School in Los Altos, CA. I'd say that I've been dealt an interesting hand so far in life. But hey, really without it, it wouldn't be life, right?
If you want to cheer me up real fast here's a tip: talk to me about anything military, more specifically, military aviation. I guess I have a thing with military and really, the Air Force. Just something about the military that intrigues me and really, I think it's awesome. Even before high school, I help more people get in the military than my local recruiters. (Strange, I know.) But really, if you think I'm going to "convince" you to join the military, you got me all wrong. I'm no preacher, nor am I a licensed recruiter. I do not now nor will I ever try to convince you to join the military. I will, however, help you out if it's truly what you want to do and you got unanswered questions, wondering concerns, and/or long-lasting dreams about going in any of the 5 branches: active, reserve, or guard. I won't pry at you, I will help you if you need it, just ask.
I've had some people tell me that I am way obsessed with the military or any of my hobbies actually, but really aren't we all obsessed with one thing or another? If you really feel like you need to blast your opinions, do so. Just leave the preaching to the chaplains, please. I'm just trying to do my job.
