Legacy Maine is proud to welcome it's first addition, Boston based rock band Lions Lions to our roster! Over the past three months, Lions Lions have been building a solid fan base in the underground New England music scene that birthed Converge, Four Year Strong, Killswitch Engage, and Vanna, among countless others.
Lions Lions - Danny Poulin, vocals; Brandon Davis, guitar; Van Truong, guitar/vocals; Jon Kay, bass/vocals; Phil Bjorkman, drums - all have a lot of former experience in the underground music scene and have really nailed down the direction that they all want to be going in. With former members of Boston's own, largely successful metalcore outfit, Vanna (Epitaph), Indie/Rock group Therefore I Am, and Pop/Rock group A Loss For Words. The band is nearing 50,000 MySpace plays to date, and only growing bigger averaging 500-1,000 more plays each day. Having only been together for three-and-some-change months this surely raises an eyebrow.
The band returns to the studio later this week to finish up their debut EP to be announced at a later date with influences drawn from Thrice, Story of The Year, and Comeback Kid.
