First: If you're going to add me, speak to me first or at least leave me a short message when you make your friend request. If you don't do that, I will refuse your request because I really don't think it's asking for too much. Second: Ok, it’s time for me to explain my position about being agnostic. I have been getting rude e-mails recently and those people call me stupid or cunt for taking that position. They go on to say that I can only be a Believer or an Atheist. There are no other possible positions. So, here is my official position: Yes, I am an Atheist but (and there is a But) I am willing to listen to people who are Believers. Who knows, I might change my mind. And, what is wrong with that? I wouldn’t want to be friend’s with someone who never changed his or her mind. I would consider that person an asshole and avoid speaking to him/her. And yes, I do have a problem with the Virgin Mary. How can a woman become pregnant without having at least one sexual encounter? A miracle? Impossible to believe. And besides, I don’t believe in miracles. The definition of a miracle is that something great happens to you and you basically did NOTHING to deserve it. I believe PEOPLE make things happen, good or bad. If you sit on your knees 24/7 and pray, and nothing else, NOTHING good will happen to you. If anything, something bad will happen. It’s like if you don’t study for your exams but pray instead, you will most likely fail your exams. So, what I am trying to say is, whoever is reading this message, should try to make good things happen in their lives. And, don’t be scared, just do it. Do it with a smile.
