What more do you want. Listen bro, take the advice I gave you the last time on mic, that would do you good. You want to speak about following the Prophet (SAW)? Then dont just say it act upon it. As Muslims we are suppose to follow his examples, not just talk it. Insha Allah u'll get more sabr and reconsider how you talk and act with others. Remember well from the sira of RasulAllah (SAW) how he acted with other Muslims and other people. Leave this toughness and check back on how he acted. A Muslim acts according to the situation. If toughness is required, then we must not hesitate. But when kindness is required, u should be more patient. I tell myself this first before u. And also while giving nasiha, toughness won't help.
