Minds Like Parachutes is a rock band from Bergen and Hudson County, NJ. Mark had been working with Dan for quite some time on an acoustic project. Mark at one point was overcome with the feeling to go back to a full band format. They talked about it, realized that they would be best off combining the two. They then held open tryouts and came across friends Anthony and Ronnie for guitar and vocals respectively. Months later, after parting ways with their original bassist during the recording of "Your Cadence, My Fire, One Ghost", they came across Caitlin O'Neil to play bass permanently.
