Can you bear the Pain?
I edited my profile with the Custickam Profile Editor. Smiling faces fool no one so stop trying to hide behind that smile. Smiling doesn't help you forget that pain it is still there with you and always will be. Life is unfair. In unfair games people lose unfairly. . How I am going to lose, I wonder? huddled in the dark corner of my room watching as the blood trickles down my arm from where I have etched "useless" then the blood drips off of my finger tips and onto the floor...dripping...dripping. Making a small pool of red around where I sit. I wanted the throbbing in my chest to stop. So I reached in and pulled out the pain not realizing until it was too late that it is what they called a heart. It was just broken and aching with pain all it needed was time to heal. Lost in a world that offers no directions and gives no forgiveness for wrong turns. Wandering about looking for a familiar place and the person offering hope but can't find anything in the dark abyss. Searching. The more time spent searching the more forgetful of what was being searched for. In every dark room there is a little red flashing light. The bright side to the world if you may. Here is my bright side to a dark world with that red blinking light; Suppose for a minute that you are a guy. Your girlfriend's name is "Anything" and you also know this girl named "Nothing". Well, You’re having sex with the girl named "Nothing" and your buddy calls you up and says "Hey, Watcha doin?" You reply "I'm not doing Anything right now; I'm just sitting here doing Nothing.". Now are you lying since you said you're doing nothing when really you're doing Nothing? I mean really, you can't help that your friend doesn't know the difference between nothing and Nothing and between anything and Anything. |
