Strawberry-Melon Cooler
2 Cups Fresh Strawberries washed and Hulled
2 cups sliced Cantaloupe
2 tablespoons of Honey
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Club Soda
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an
electric blender. Top with cover, and process
until smooth. stir in club soda. Serve over
ice.
HomeMade Hamburgers
1 pound of Lean Ground Beef
3 tables spoons of BAsil
2 Tablespoons of Paprika
2 tablespoons of oregano
1 tablespoon Parsley
2 tablespoons of Garlic power
1 Tablespoon of Nutmeg
1 egg
Take Lean ground beef and egg and combine together.
Incorporate Basil, Paprika, Oregano, Garlic Power and Nutmeg
into the Beef. Take beef and make 6 equal balls. Put the balls
into Patty squishier. Take 6 patties and put on the BBQ for
30-40 minutes until cooked ethereally.
Caesar Salad
1 Large Romaine Lettuce
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Beaten Egg
2 TableSpoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/8 Teaspoons Pepper
8 Chopped anchovy Fillets
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Cup white bread Croutons
1 Halved Clove garlic
In a Frying Pan Combine 1/4 cup oil, 1/2 clove garlic and
Croutons. cook until Brown. Remove from Heat. Rub inside of
wooden bowl with remaining garlic clove. Tear your romaine
into bite size pieces into bowl. Pour remaining Oil over lettuce
toss well to coat, in a bowl combine egg lemon juice, salt
pepper and anchovies; add to lettuce sprinkle with parmesan Cheese
add croutons toss serve immediately
Devil's Food Cake
1 3/4 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups cocoa
1/2 cups butter
1 cup milk
1 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
chocolate butter frosting
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
Blend in butter, milk and vanilla. BEat vigorously for 3 minutes
add eggs beat for another 3 minutes longer. Pour butter into 2
greased Floured 8 inch baking pans. Bake at 350 for 35-40
minutes. let stand to cool place 1 layer on serving platter
cover with 1/2 Chocolate butter frosting top with remaining layer
cover with remaining chocolate butter frosting
Brochette
2 cups Feta Cheese
1 Tomato
1 Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 cup oil
1 Green Pepper
1 Baguette
Dice Tomato, Onion, Green Pepper and Feta then mix together in
a bowl. Take the Garlic Clove and put it through a garlic press
Tale that Garlic and mix it together with the oil. Cut the Baguette
into 10 equal slices. Gently Sprinkle the oil and Garlic Mixture
over the Baguette slices. Put on Baking Pan and put in oven
on Broil (low) for 2-3 minutes or until Golden Brown. Take
Vegetable Mixture and add on top of Baguette slices. Put in over
on Broil (low) for 1 minutes serve immediately.

Questions
1 a)The Hamburgers were full of Flavor and cooked just a little overdone
b)The Ceasar Salad was very tasty it looked like a normal salad nothing really special
C)The Brochette was very tasty all the vegtables on it made it very good it looked vary Profetional
d)The StrawBerry-melon Cooler tasted good but didn't look well was a light pink that didn't look very attractive
e)The Devil's Food cake looked and tasted very good it was rish in chocolate and was one of the best things i ever made
2. i wouldn't change any of the recipes they all came out good and i liked them all
Some Difficulties i had making the meal was that burning my amr in the oven taking
the Cake out then having to deal with the burn. i would solve this by pulling out the rack
like i should have done.
3. This meal took about 3 hours to make. no this meal would not be easy to make on a regular basis i wouldn' have the time
from after to school to do this
4. Wash Hands, not to run through the kitchen and was as sanitary as possible washing all knive before use for a second time
5. Combine - to blend 2 or more ingrediants together Wooden spoon
Mince - to cut or chop into very small peices - Cheifs knife
6. Left overs should only be stored in a Refrigerator for 1-2 days. There was a 2 peices of Cake
left over that was stored in the refrigorator for 1 day it was covered with seran rap and on a new plate.
