Something You Should Know About Me
I was born a bastard in Mexico City in 1986. My blood father was the great Mexican cowboy “Bronco” Diaz. My mother was a nun. He refused to acknowledge me. She gave me for adoption upon my birth. A vacationing family of tequila tycoons scooped me up before I was even one month old. They took me to Chicago, Illinois.
My adopted father, Skip Dixson, had too many Cadillacs and too many girlfriends. His tequila empire was long gone by the time I was three, so i gain nothing.
Luckily, however, my adopted mother, Trina Mae Dixson, was a shrewd one, a quick study. After she left Skip, she studied hard and earned her pilot’s license and a handful of hazardous materials certificates in no time at all. With money she embezzled from the divorce, and warefer from Toro Tequila , she took me and my older brothers, Quinn and Wesley, to Coamo, Puerto Rico, where she started one helluva crop duster business.
She died when I was 21 of a giant brain tumor, cause from a bullet after a long depresion period, and she left us boys the business. I sold out right away and headed to Egypt, and then to Turkey. I was even a bus-boy in Istanbul for a year.
One day while I was jogging, it struck me that I should be an architect. I moved to Helsinki, Finland to study with the renowned architect Alvar Heikinin. I am here now, sitting in front of my laptop fresh out of the sauna.
....Life can't be no sweeter
