Let's talk politics, philosophy, and other social issues. I'm trying to lure you in with my profile picture so that we may have an intelligent conversation. ;0 False advertisement. But most people won't read this before they enter my room anyway, so you guys who expect me to show are suckers and will be kicked if you expect to fap fap fap.

I like it when people come in and offer topics for me to rant about.. I'm a double-major in Political Science and Philosophy at the University of California, Irvine. My emphasis is mostly on political theory, ethics, political philosophy, human nature, epistemology, metaphysics, ontology, deontology, social welfare... and to a lesser extent, ancient and medieval philosophy. I particularly enjoy reading Socrates, Plato, John Locke, Thomas Hobbes, John Stuart Mill, Immanuel Kant, and John Rawls.

I'm more into ethics and more of a political philosopher than anything else... I'm not always kept up in current events but feel free to toss in any topics, and I'll do my best to address those issues.

I also like it when the people in my room just debate amongst themselves, and I moderate. ;0 I'll correct you if you're being an ignoramus, if your arguments are fallacious, or if you're being disrespectful. :3 Otherwise, I respect the myriad of views you all have to offer. Unless I'm directly asked about my own positions on specific issues, I play devil's advocate during discussions.
