I am a perpetual learner, a student, a scholar, a seeker of knowledge and Enlightenment... I'm a poet, a hopeless romantic, an idealist. I'm an Empath, a pacifist,a hedonist, a bleeding-heart liberal/revolutionary. I am the "long-haired, beatnik pinko" your grandparents were worried about. I dream of, and try for, a Utopian society. As Gandhi said: "You must BE the change you wish to see in this world", as well as "An 'eye for an eye' and soon the WHOLE WORLD is Blind!" I am trying to be part of the solution and not the problem - to this giant 'suicide-train' that Humanity is on. I spend my free time reading, writing (mostly poetry), painting, listening to music, fiddling around online, sleeping, observing beauty, seeking enlightenment, and killing time in creative ways. I also enjoy (but don't get to do enough of) basking in the moonlight, taking walks in nature, gazing at the stars, road trips, and sitting on the beach at night listening to the waves crash on the shore. I am very spiritual person, but against organized religion and "blind faith". I think for myself, therefore would be concidered "Non-Conformist", but I despise the whole "lets be different together movements. I believe that there are many paths that lead to "Liberation" but that one must find the one that works best for themselves. There is no one correct way, no one correct Path. I am an Individualist and a Humanitarian, I am a Peacemaker, Pacifist, Conscientious Objector, and Left-Wing revolutionary. I believe in living at peace and harmony with each other and our environment. To avoid causing pain or hardship, to man or nature, is the only universal law. Once we see that we are the same as everything else, and feel the suffering of our fellow man, only then shall we be Awakened to the True Nature of Reality.
