Something You Should Know About Me
Many say my personality is one of a cute and bubbly schoolgirl yet with a dark sense of humor and an interest in the macabre — things most people find disturbing, I usually find intriguing. I am easy to get along with and always give 100% in everything I do. I love to see people happy, and I have a positive outlook on most things in life. I am a very open-minded person.
I am a writer for several different gaming sites, and my work has been published in many different magazines. I am also a video host/correspondent, having covered gaming events for many different websites in the video game industry as well as TV shows such as The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. On-camera work is my true passion, and I love to be able to combine that work with video games. I am also the lead writer and site manager for GamePro's GameGirl.com.
I have been hardcore gaming since I was about four years old. My current systems include: Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, Nintendo DS and a PC — but I also still have all of my old systems reaching back as far as the Intellivision. I play a little bit of everything and a lot of anything. The genres I tend to favor, however, are action-adventure (God of War, Grand Theft Auto, Prince of Persia, Uncharted) and survival-horror (Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Fatal Frame). I also love arcade racing games (Midnight Club, Burnout), shooters (Time Splitters, BioShock, Gears of War), and hack ’n’ slash RPGs (Champions of Norrath, Phantasy Star Online, Fable). Naturally, I am also a big fan of more casual genres from simulations (the Sims, Animal Crossing) to platformers (Super Mario, Spyro).
