Raymond Peacock II "Rizzo" Born San Jose CA Raised Mostly in Antioch CA Got a late start on the music business. Created Platinum Peacock Productions "or Dub P Productions for short" in a audio visual class during high school, but not with the intentionz of creating a label. Starting out producing beatz on FL Studio at the age of 18, for hiz own earz. Brandon Peacock "B.A.M or By Any Means" and long time friend Kyle Wheat "K-Dub" where already on the music scene making songz on a 2 dollar mic and a hand me down computer. Forming the group Ethereal and collaborating with Rizzo on some tracks they began making music with a wave cap pop screen and walk-man headphonez... The Name Rizzo comes from hiz time working at Lowes with fellow workerz Matt Hubbard, DJ and Sean Cole.... Many many up gradez later still producing beatz for local rap artist, Rizzo then met Nick Knoblock "Whip of Fortissimo Records" in college and was taken under hiz wing. Realizing hiz networkin social skillz Rizzo was in the back scenez of local hip-hop showz "Bay Area on The Rize" together with another long time friend before the music DJ Rob. After yearz of trackz upon trackz with no result and experiencing a lot of "fake" artist that rap about thingz they often do not have or dont do, That Nikkah Rizzo the artist was born. Forming the Dub P Famlay Rizzo listz of collabz grew. Hiz buzz also grew. Rizzo, a scratch my back, scratch yours type person, took on a Will Smith ish type persona. The Song "Tipsy", was an instant hit with the older generation of hip-hop listenerz, "Tipsy" the 2nd song ever writen by Rizzo produced By Whip was followed by "Ride Or Die Chick" produced by J.Miller FT Jessica Autumn was another hit, with the ladiez. With only a few monthz of writing songz Rizzo began working on his freshman album "Sumthin Like A Balla" With each song Rizzos skillz grew with hiz true talent shining on stage. Not a thug. Not a gangsta, Rizzo createz songz for self as well as peoplez enjoyment. Not for the fame. Not to become a "Rap Star" Sumthin Like A Balla meaning hood rich iz as far as it getz by choice. Soakin up the game Rizzo has also has handz in filming "RizzoVision" interviewing local rap artist and filming performancez, Rizzo has alwayz been lookingout for other up and coming artist. After "Sumthin Like A Balla" and the second album, already in the workz, and which for now will remain a unknown title, Rizzo planz to head back out of the limelight to focus on producing music again. Hiz Dub P Famlay will continue the path laid. There are three types of people in this world: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened. Rizzo makes things happen for the bread, for hiz folkz and for hiz family/famlay.
