Made a living playing guitar, then owning studios, doing session work and starting record labels. Sold off chunks of the business in 2006 and mainly just write books now, though I still play when I'm asked. There's some soundtrack work around too for the new broadcasting company Uniluma.
I am Here for:
A bit of networking. I never thought I'd miss being in clubs and venues surrounded by hostile strangers, but it seems I do. I like to meet anyone interesting, artistic, intelligent or funny so if you've got any new jokes or music you're crazy about, I'd like to hear it.
Favorite Movies:
Hard to pin down, but most by Jean-Luc Godard (especially Weekend), Lindsay Anderson (especially O Lucky Man). Also some Ken Russell, David Lynch, Rainer Fassbinder. Loads more.
Favorite TV Shows:
I've never really watched TV.
Favorite Music:
Ultimately, da blooze. It's saved my life once or twice. Otherwise, if there's some band or style that you like and I just don't get it, then that's my loss.

Yeah, don't start me.
I Love:
Beach bars, decent guitar, enough bandwidth to be able to tell what's going on.
I Hate:
All the old fashioned stuff: Rudeness, disrespect, bigotry, discrimination, Nazis.
