Hello. I'm Shawnee. I'm just a girl living in a materialistic world. I'm sure you already have your judgments and misconceptions - That's probably all that you need. I am not interested in fake friendships and awkward hellos. I am generally a nice person. I tend to want what I can't have. On top of my roof is the best place for me to go and think. I live for warm summer nights with friends. I am probably one of the biggest dorks - you'll ever meet. I am independently happy. Laughing and smiling is the way I live my life. I'm very open-minded and that's pretty sweet. I'm an extreme hopeless romantic. I believe there is someone out there for everyone.
Like most people in the world, I have a bit of a trust issue, especially to guys. I love the little things in life; it's beautiful. I cannot sleep with the door open. I enjoy watching sunsets from my roof and taking naps. I can get self-conscious, but then again - who doesn't? I question a lot of things and that's probably how I got to where I am now. through out my childhood, I have listened to classic rock and 80's. I was raised that way. I love going to the movies and reading books. I think the earth is completely poisoned with hatred and misunderstandings of how life is supposed to be lived. I dislike it when people talk about "suicide", life is beautiful - treasure it. What i want more than anything is to make an impact in the world, one way or another. What else that I want is to put a smile on someones' face. I was also raised up to be a good person and to be a christian. what I hate the most is missing people, it means that they aren't in your life as much as they have been in the past. Someone once told me to "keep life simple. Like a lily." Ever since then, lilies have been my favorite flower. I don't take compliments well, because most likely i think your lying to me. So you'll need to reassure me over a million times so i know you're telling the truth. I am a firm believer in, fate, karma, and love.
I have a big heart for those who deserve it. I wouldn't change anything about myself just to impress you. I'm unlike any other girl out there, I'm different. Just watch, I'll prove it to you one day. Regardless of how anyone truly feels, everything can change in a day. One mistake or fight can cause a relationship to fall apart. Unfortunately, I always feel like this. It seems like one day I have it all and the next day I'm the one left brokenhearted. No matter what. I'm not one to hookup with different boys every weekend. I want something meaningful that's worth every second of my time. Nothing can change my mind on what I want to do. I want to have a career, before I settle down. I hate it when people say that I've changed, I didn't - I grew up.It would take me a lifetime, to truly find who I am. There's a lot more to me, than what I wear.
