I Loved you, So what

Before I met you I dreamt of someone holding my hand, before I was with you I had to dream of someone kissing me goodnite. Before I met you I actually hated myself I had no reason for living and I had no reason for going on. You gave me hope and you gave me love and you gave me a reason to go on. You gave me the power to love myself and I will never forget that.

I'm afraid to close my eyes because I might think of you. Im afraid to open them because I might see you. Im afraid to move my lips because I might speak of you. Im afraid to listen because I might hear myself falling for you. Our lives are shaped by those who love us and those who refuse to love us.

I see you walk away and I see the fire in your eyes and I can hear the laughter in your voice as you watch my heartbreak. And im frozen.. I cant find the words to tell you that I hate you. I cant tell you how I wish you would just leave my life forever. And I cant tell you how much I hope she hurts you. So instead I will tell you I love you. Hoping that the fire in your eyes dies down and the laughter in your voice because tears in your eyes, and you turn around and unbreak my heart. Only to realize that wishes dont often come true and hearts are more often then not, Broken.. And I stand there and watch you walk away.

I never stopped feeling for you. I just stopped letting it show. There is so much I felt I should have said, But even if your heart would listen, I doubt I could explain it.. Sometimes there are some things that are worth the chance, and when you find them, everything else in the world doesnt matter. IF you truly love someone you forgive the unforgiveable.

Maybe we will never talk again, but you should know that I am changed because of who you are and what you meant to me. And what I finally decided is, Maybe I dont want to get over you, Maybe thats why I still think about you everyday even though I know we will never have what we use to.... Maybe
