I am an advisor, consultant, and trainer for many of the top Korean-based corporations with global business operations, along with major western firms that have ventures in Korea. For an avocation, I am a long-time student of entrepreneurship, business, and cultural history. My current academic research focuses on South Korea --specifically, the impact of culture and norms within business organizations. Professionally, I seek to translate my studies and insights into writings, lectures, and workshops. I maintain an active schedule overseeing a consulting firm that optimizes teamwork, strategic alignment, and communication within corporations in North America, Europe, and Korea.
