oh goodness. that's what everything thinks of when they think os texas. only a small part of texas has cows and horses..and all that other stuff. unfortunately, we don't have any indians anymore. haha. I actually live in a city instead of the country. in fact, the city I live in is the fourth largest city in the united states. it's pretty crazy. i've had souvlaki before and I love it. I love all greek food. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I was eating greek food in greece. haha. do you have a myspace or a facebook?

ohhh. california is really nice. i've never been to LA, but i'd like to go one day too. I live in texas.. I wish I lived in california or some place that is really pretty. some parts of texas are pretty cool, but it's not my favorite.. there are too many places in the world than to live in texas..

wow. that's really cool. i've always thought that using military time was pretty neat.. like.. in the united states, we just use a 12 hour clock..anyways.. haha. hmm. there is quite a bit of a time difference. I forgot to answer a question you asked me a while back. i'm not sure when I will visit greece again. I hope it will be soon because I really like it there.

I saw that on the news! that is so crazy. I heard about all the rioting going on in athens. I knew that the 15 year old boy was shot by a policeman, but I never knew why. does anyone know why he was shot? wow. the united states doesn't get that many days off of school for easter. we only get a few days, not even a week :/ what time is it in greece?

well, I live in houston, texas. I live in an apartment that is at the university I am attending. I used to live in this really small town about an hour or so away from houston. it's been really different living away from home. I really like houston though. there is a lot to do. plus, there are many greek food restaurants in the city. that makes me like houston a lot more. haha. right now, I aam in my hometown staying at my mothers house. i'm sort of on vacation right now..like..christmas break. the school year is split up in two terms (first semester & second semester). usually high school kids get two weeks off of school for the christmas break after the first semester.. but people who are at a university get a month of off school. I don't go back to school until january 20th. haha

yeah! cooking is really fun. I really enjoy it :) oh cool. I see. well, it's really cool that you know english. we have a few greek food restaurants in the united states..but it's not as good as greek food in greece. greek food is definitely my favorite. you know, I was actually thinking about opening up a greek/italian restaurant since most of my family is greek and italian.. but I may just make it a greek restaurant. it might be too complicated to have both italian and greek food..

wow. that is really different from the united states. it seems really complicated. haha. don't worry about making mistakes. your english is very good. do you have to learn english in school as a second language in greece? i'm eighteen. I graduated highschool last year. i'm attending a university this year. i'm studying about culinary arts..which is basically learning about food and such. I want to open up my own restaurant one day or have some sort of catering business :)
